This is an add on heater used in many early cars. It's a bit shelf worn with some nicks and faded paint in a few areas but it does not look like it has ever been hooked up to a car. The fan spins quietly when hooked to a battery. It includes a mounting bracket and rheostat switch but the switch looks pretty rough. $125-OBO
